Trust - The Basis of All Relationships

By Stacey Scoville
May 04, 2021

An old riddle reads:
You can have me but cannot hold me;
Gain me and quickly lose me.
If treated with care I can be great.
And if betrayed I will break.
What am I?

The answer? Trust.

Trust is quite literally the basis for all relationships, business and otherwise. It is the glue that holds people together, creating a bond of mutual respect among two or more parties. Without trust, relationships inevitably fail.

At PCIS, we understand the importance of building and maintaining the trust of our clients. We are here for the long haul, and we want you right alongside us, working as our partners. For this reason, we believe in and champion the following acronym for "TRUST":

T - Trained Staff

Our expert staff is trained to help you efficiently deploy and use our software solutions. We offer 24/7 customer service to address your questions, because we know that issues don't only arise between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.

R - Responsibility

Our software developers are committed to and responsible for providing cutting-edge solutions to better improve the efficiency of medical clinics nationwide. They work tirelessly to program new techniques to minimize clicks, streamline patient data, and reduce provider burnout. Their job is to find ways to make yours easier.

U - Understanding

We seek first to understand. Your job is full of demands, and we want to help you meet them. Thus, we work directly with your staff to determine your short- and long-term goals, and we assign you a dedicated customer service representative to regularly assess our progress.

S - Success

We all want the same end goal: to be successful. Success can be measured in many ways, but we believe that it is best measured through the quantitative data found in our system. This data can be extracted and mined to help you run reports to address your clinical financial health.

T - Team

As business partners, we are all part of the same team, committed to providing the best possible care for your patients. We know that two minds are better than one, and we look forward to collaborating with you to further improve the productivity of your clinic.
