Our experienced staff is readily available throughout this time period to offer guidance and support to its new users. On-going Service and SupportIn addition to toll-free 24/7 Help Desk support, each client is assigned an account executive who is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and resolving all system support issues. The account executive visits each client regularly to discuss the current and future use of PCIS GOLD. PCIS also conducts an annual client symposium as well as Web Distance Learning (online) sessions for new releases, training and re-training to better educate our clients.
